There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from Tealand

Online Store:

• You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. (UAE Only)
• For Export customers, you have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• Only items that have been purchased directly from Tealand, either through the Online Store or at a Tealand Retail Store, can be returned to Tealand. Tealand products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
• Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all the goods and documentation that were included when you received it.

 

We understand you may need to make a return so please fill out the request form or call us at 04 2851085 Monday – Friday 9AM – 6PM, Saturday 9AM – 5PM GTZ. Upon receipt of the product(s), please allow us 7 business days to issue credit. We are not responsible for lost shipments and all shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
